Ummmm so did you know that Spring collections start dropping in July?... And did you know that July is only 6 weeks away - Eeeeek! 

How much have I just brightened your day?!

I am so damn excited that Jamie Ashkar is coming to Runway Brooklyn and not just because my wardrobe is going to become a whole new level of cool, but I love dressing people and I know you guys are going to die over this.

Sports Tee in grey/aqua - $495. 

This look is not for the faint hearted, but take a step back and picture this - Tee teamed with skinny leg, light denim torn jeans and a pair of Marants! HOT! Well this is how I am dreaming of running this tee. Thoughts?

Sports skirt in grey/pink - $395. 

This skirt was selected in front of the Sports Pencil skirt ( pictured above with tee ) as it will be easier to wear day to day. Shown here with heels, which I heart, but you will see me sporting this with a white cotton tank tucked in for a fresh, easy look.

Zip-It dress - $550. 

No words, but what a phenomenal dress. Hot much?! That pink one will be on my body, just need to find an event to wear it to!

Fluidity Dress - $650. 

Perfect for the Races, xmas dinners, weddings, you name it. How nice is it to see more & more dresses at this length? Sorry boys, but this length is going to dominate this Spring/Summer.

Viktoria + Woods have nailed it! Their Winter '13 collection is to die for and I often wonder how they keep getting better - so damn talented.

My fave piece from the 'Rhapsody' collection is the Midas blazer in gold leaf. Although there is so so many pieces that I love, if I could only pick one then this would be it.

The gold fleck through the blazer is beautiful and there is just something so luxurious about cream. Especially when teamed with gold.

Now that brings me to this sweatshirt by 3.1 Phillip Lim. It belongs in my wardrobe and on my body, doesn't it? Urghhhhhh. This is where I now throw in that is in my birthday soon...ish and I deserve it and we only live once - haha.

White Suede Spring/Summer via Vydia

It sounds crazy, but Spring is not too far away! Although this is coming from the girl who gets so excited as soon June hits and for more reasons than 1.

Reason 1 - My birthday is in June.

Reason 2 - June = MEGA SALES.

Reason 3 - June 21 is the shortest day, meaning that from this day the nights gradually begin to get lighter.

Reason 4 - Spring collections start to dribble into stores and....

Reason 5 - Winter is officially here, which means Spring really isn't that far away. 

Honestly how quick are the weeks, months, years flying by? It is crazy!

Anyways, whilst I'm over here getting psycho excited about Spring, the photos above were taken by the gorgeous Vydia Rishie at White Suede's preview of their Spring/Summer collection. Shown above is a mini taste of what is to come to Runway Brooklyn!

Digi Floral

The Sleeveless Tank dress in Digi Floral is available online now!

Nicholas have nailed it with this print and a great thing about this dress is that even though we are coming into the cooler months, it looks great teamed with black opaques, a tailored black jacket like this one here by Ellery and some black suede closed toe pumps..... I'm thinking Casanova by Tony Bianco. 

That is a look which could definitely work for night, but from day to day, throw on a leather biker jacket and some ankle boots, with the black opaques of course for extra warmth. Don't forget a magenta/plum lip too!!
